When would I need this?
You are introducing Viyavi, Nestra or another suitable business application and need help configuring it, moving existing records and getting staff ready to use it.
What will I receive?
- Software settings configured around your team's everyday tasks
- Agreed existing records moved into the software and checked
- Practical staff training using everyday tasks
- A handover and adoption follow-up plan
What we need from you
- Your process and current data structure
- A team contact and representative users
- Software access and approved subscriptions
How we work together
- Confirm the fit and boundaries
- Clean and map a sample of the data
- Configure, migrate and verify
- Train users and review the first workflows
A clear scope from the start
We agree deliverables, responsibilities and pricing after understanding the work. There is no fixed package price until the scope is clear.
- Product licences and external subscriptions are separate where applicable.
- Migration scope and data quality must be reviewed before making commitments.
A good setup is only the beginning
Software becomes useful when people know where their work belongs and how to complete the tasks that matter. We connect configuration, data and training so the handover makes sense to the people using it.
Practise with the work you recognise
Training can follow an everyday sequence rather than a tour of every menu: receive stock and make a sale, assign a task and follow it through, or find and update a shared record. We agree the initial workflows and the people responsible for supporting them.
Will all of our old data be moved?
Migration covers the records and history explicitly agreed in scope. We review a sample first, identify cleanup needs and check the imported result before relying on it.
Can we start with one team or workflow?
Yes. A bounded internal rollout can help confirm settings and training needs before wider use. The delivery plan should make the intended handover and acceptance point clear.
Is software licensing included?
Licence and subscription costs are identified separately unless the proposal explicitly includes them. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed for the selected product.
