Last reviewed 4 October 2026. This notice covers the Pixel Haven website and its six free browser tools. Separate product services may have their own notices.
Your private tool workspace
The six free tools process documents, filenames, signatures, career details and calculations in your browser. These inputs are not uploaded to Pixel Haven. Tool documents load self-hosted assets and exclude third-party chat and analytics.
Work starts in memory. Save on this device is an explicit choice that stores a local draft in this browser. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to access it. You can export a portable backup and clear local tool data. Signatures are not automatically saved. Clearing browser storage or changing devices can remove access to drafts.
Messages you choose to submit
Contact, support, demo and community forms send the fields you complete to Pixel Haven. We use them to handle your request, keep a record of follow-up and route it to authorised staff. At least one reply channel is needed. Please do not submit passwords, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information.
Messages are saved before notification is attempted. An enquiry reference confirms receipt into the website’s records, not email delivery. We use a mail provider to deliver requested notifications and replies.
Optional email updates
Marketing updates are separate from enquiries. You choose topics and confirm by email. You can stop updates through the preferences link or request a new link. Reconfirming an old link does not reactivate a later unsubscribe.
Chat and WhatsApp
Choosing chat loads tawk.to and is subject to that provider’s handling of chat information. Its inbox is separate from our enquiry records. Choosing WhatsApp opens that service. Neither action includes private tool inputs. A first-party contact form remains available.
Essential storage
The website uses session and security cookies for form protection and administration, and local storage for your theme preference. Optional tool drafts use device storage only after you choose to save. We do not use session replay or third-party analytics in tools.
How long records are kept
Resolved enquiries, notes and replies are deleted after 12 months unless an Owner records a continuing engagement hold. Spam is removed after 30 days. Unconfirmed-only subscriptions are removed after 30 days; confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Active subscriptions remain while consent is active, with an annual review.
Minimal unsubscribe and consent records are retained for 24 months to honour suppression. Sent notification payloads are cleared after 30 days, failed payloads after 90 days, and retry receipts after 24 hours. Audit records are kept for one year and operational logs for 30 days. Encrypted backups have a rolling 30-day retention period, so deletions age out over that window.
A separate encrypted recovery journal records minimal record identifiers and topic changes so a restored backup does not undo a deletion or unsubscribe. Its entries are kept while a restorable snapshot could still contain the affected information; they are not used for marketing.
Access, correction and deletion
Contact Pixel Haven to request access, correction or deletion of submitted information. We may need to verify the request. Local tool data must be managed on your own device because we do not receive a copy. Restored server backups must have subsequent deletion and suppression changes reapplied before sending resumes.
