When would I need this?

You are testing a business idea, preparing a proposal, considering expansion, or trying to understand your costs, cash flow and business performance.

What will I receive?

  • Business plans, proposals, feasibility studies and business cases
  • Financial models, budgets and cash-flow scenarios
  • Performance reviews and operational improvement recommendations
  • A written explanation of assumptions, risks and options

What we need from you

  • The decision you need to make
  • Available financial and operational records
  • Your constraints, objectives and relevant deadlines

How we work together

  1. Define the decision and evidence needed
  2. Review records and challenge assumptions
  3. Build the analysis and compare options
  4. Discuss the findings and an actionable next step

A clear scope from the start

We agree deliverables, responsibilities and pricing after understanding the work. There is no fixed package price until the scope is clear.

  • We do not guarantee funding, approvals or financial results.
  • Licensed tax-agent representation and statutory audit or assurance are separate regulated services and are not advertised as part of this offer.

Useful analysis starts with a decision

Whether you are considering a new outlet, preparing a proposal or reviewing an operation, the question comes first. What would you need to know before committing money, time or people? We organise the available evidence around that decision.

The Business Expansion Review

An illustrative engagement for a shop considering a second outlet brings together cash flow, stock, staffing, controls and systems. The work can compare options, identify the assumptions that matter most and set out the information still needed before committing.

Documents that can be discussed

A model should be understandable to the person making the decision. We explain the inputs, scenarios and limitations alongside the figures, and connect recommendations to responsibilities and practical next steps. The scope may include a business plan, feasibility assessment, budget or written business case.

Can you help if our records are incomplete?

We can first assess what is available, where estimates would be needed and whether the decision can be supported responsibly. Missing information and assumptions remain visible in the work.

Does a business plan guarantee finance?

No. A plan can explain a proposal and its assumptions, but lenders and other decision-makers make their own assessments. We do not promise funding or approvals.

Is this tax representation or a statutory audit?

No. The advisory scope here is separate from licensed tax-agent representation and statutory audit or assurance. Any need for those services must be identified and handled separately.
